Details

Duties :

  • Provide all around recruitment administration
  • Post advertisements, screen CVs, interview with candidates and confirm employment
  • Evaluate recruitment channels and try new platforms
  • Coordinate and participate recruitment activities
  • Update ‘Job Vacancies' at company website
  • Issue letters and notices
  • Consolidate and prepare employment data/reports
  • Back-up counter recruitment services
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Good command of ORAL English, Putonghua and Cantonese  
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration /H.R or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Administration / Human Resources
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, PowerPoint
