Assistant Project Manager (Interior Design) (MNC / Work-life balance/ Good Career Development)


One of the international architecture and interior designing firms is now looking for a high calibre to join the team as an Assistant Project Manager (Interior Design) with below duties and requirements:

Job Duties:

  • Liaise with clients/ vendors/ contractors/designers on assigned projects (from start to completion);
  • Handle full set of drawings and documents as well as cross-check/modify defects with accuracy;
  • Perform project presentation, review and evaluate quotations and timelines;
  • Conduct site visits and report projects status to management and relative parties;
  • Provide creative and technical solutions to enhance effectiveness and competitiveness.


  • Holder of Higher Diploma in Interior Design or above;
  • Min. 4 years of relative experience with proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp;
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Candidate with strong sense or experience in Design/Decoration/Fitting-Out/FF & E would be a definite advantage;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and able to work independently;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
