Project Officer (Piping, Plumbing Drainage Projects/AutoCAD)

 Duties:

• Responsible for handling projects mainly in Piping, Plumbing & Drainage area
• Monitor the whole tender submission process
• Arrange manpower for on-site visit and size measurement
• Monitor work-in-progress as per the schedule
• Take site inspection and ensure workmanship is satisfactory.  
• Take prompt action and report to the superior if any problem occurred
• Attend meetings and assist the client/supplier/sub-contractor with any difficulties.
• Prepare all relevant documents and paperwork required by related parties and process
• Update new supplier/sub-contractor into the system as well as new ordinance and regulations

Requirements:

• Study in Building Services, Quantity Surveying or related subjects

• 5 years or above relevant working experience in project management of Piping, Plumbing & Drainage area, 

• Familiar with material sourcing, budget control, manpower arrangement and tender submission

• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English

• Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max

• Immediate availability is highly preferable
