Sales Clerk TRAINEE 見習銷售文員 (通訊系統及電子設備貿易公司/ 歡迎畢業生+提供專業在職培訓)


Duties 職責:

  • Responsible for the order processing procedures, which include preparing invoices and delivery notes 負責訂單處理程序,包括準備發票和送貨單
  • Provide customer service and after-sales support 提供客戶服務和售後支援
  • Handle logistics arrangements for the warehouse 處理倉庫的物流安排

Requirements 要求:

  • At least 1 year of working experience is highly preferred 至少 1 年工作經驗優先
  • Fresh graduates/individuals with less experience will also be considered 應屆畢業生/經驗較少的應徵者也將被考慮
  • Proficiency in computer skills, eg. MS Word, Excel 熟練電腦技能,例如。微軟Word、Excel
  • Assertive, self-reliant, self-driven, with excellent communication skills and telephone manner 堅定自信、獨立自主、積極進取,具備優秀的溝通技巧和電話禮儀。
  • Immediate availability would be beneficial 可即時上班有優勢
