Duties:

• Handle full set of accounts and maintain financial records
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including preparation of cheques and payments
• Responsible for invoices, account statements, expenses and reports
• Assist in handling Import / Export Bills 
• Assist in reconciliations and any financial analysis preparation
• Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A Higher Diploma or above in Accounting is preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Over 2 years of relevant experience in Audit/ financial accounting/ commercial experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Accounting software (eg. Peachtree or QuickBooks)
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Any tax-related knowledge will be a plus
• Knowledge of handling Import / Export Bills is an advantage
• A stable working record will be a plus
