Administrative Clerk cum Receptionist (工作與生活的平衡/ Leading private bank/ 尖沙咀/ Fresh grad welcome)

Highlights

  • 5 days work & on-the-job training will be provided

  • Good command of spoken English & Cantonese

  • Will consider fresh graduates/less experience

 

Duties:

  • Report to the English-speaking manager
  • Responsible for front desk and reception duties
  • Perform vendor payment tracking
  • Provide support to the Compliance team
  • Administration and office supplies
  • Occasional outdoor work to post office if necessary

Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese preferably, fair in Mandarin
  • Sound knowledge of PC operations
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Immediate availability will be a plus
