Duties:

• Report to the Managing Director directly
• Handle all-round secretarial duties, administrations & marketing support
• Provide day-to-day operational support to internal departments
• Maintain and protects operations by keeping information confidential
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder is highly preferable
• High Diploma/Associate Degree/F. 7 with strong academic background is also welcome
• 3-15 years of relevant working experience in the secretarial/ administration field
• Proficient PC skills in both English & Chinese input
• Good command of English and Chinese, including Cantonese & Putonghua
• Formal commercial/ business/ secretarial training is preferred
• Handle work with high confidentiality
• Positive attitude, dedicated, detail-minded, and able to work independently
• Immediate availability/short notice is highly preferable

Less experience/Recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
