Duties:

  • Perform all-round administrative and office support activities 
  • Assist in handling general bookkeeping accounts (ERP System), order placing and shipment arrangement

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of working experience in administration/clerical/shipping/accounting field
  • Good English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills
  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of office equipment
  • Knowledge of shipping documents & ERP system is a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
