Administrative Assistant TRAINEE (上市公司/ 15-month bonus)

Duties:

  • Provide all-round office administrative support: Restructuring, Legal
  • Assists in project planning, coordination, liaison & coordination with Clients
  • Provides support to Director in preparation and organizing Projects
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or Diploma in BBA, Company Secretary or equivalent with strong academic background
  • 1 to 2 years or above experience in Company Secretarial Duties / Legal Matters
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • PC knowledge in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and organizational skills and able to deal with staff at all levels
