Financial Analyst (Top Leading manufacturer and wholesaler)



  • Gather business and operational requirements from different Stakeholders 收集來自不同利益相關者的業務和運營需求
  • Communicate with internal business units to facilitate data application and various platforms 與內部業務部門溝通,方便數據應用和各平台
  • Evaluate problems and risks on As-Is processes and provide actionable recommendations, align internal business processes among stakeholders and different systems ERP, CRM, eCommerce, recommend and implement automation solutions for improvement 評估原樣流程的問題和風險並提供可操作的建議,調整利益相關者和不同系統 ERP、CRM、電子商務之間的內部業務流程,推薦和實施自動化解決方案以進行改進
  • Analyze operations and claim data to identify risk and trends, provide technical analysis of KPI and provide appropriate technical input in Strategic Planning processes 分析運營和索賠數據以識別風險和趨勢,提供 KPI 的技術分析並在戰略規劃流程中提供適當的技術輸入
  • Identify opportunities or gather requirements from stakeholders of the business needs, design and drive the business analytics approach and reporting 識別機會或從業務需求的利益相關者那裡收集需求,設計和推動業務分析方法和報告
  • Transfer business data into valuable business insights and intelligence and provide actionable recommendations 將業務數據轉化為有價值的業務洞察力和情報,並提供可操作的建議

  • University degree holder in Accounting & Finance or other related disciplines 會計與金融或其他相關學科的大學學位持有者
  • At least 3 years experience in analyzing financial/costing data 至少 3 年分析財務/成本數據的經驗
  • Experience with manufactory industry is preferable 有製造業工作經驗者優先
  • Proficiency in Excel(Macros, VBA), PowerPoint & SQL with knowledge in Python, Tableau, RPA application 精通Excel(Macros, VBA), PowerPoint & 具有 Python、Tableau、RPA 應用程序知識的 SQL
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well-organized, adaptable & capable of working in a fast-paced environment independently under pressure and a tight schedule以結果為導向,有上進心,分析和解決問題能力強,有條理,適應力強,樂於助人能夠在壓力和緊迫的時間安排下在快節奏的環境中獨立工作
  • Analytical & commercial mindset, good communication, and presentation skills 分析和商業思維,良好的溝通和表達技巧
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese; able to communicate in Mandarin 良好的書面和口頭英語和中文; 能用普通話溝通
