Assistant Accountant/ Accountant (福利齊 / Renowned Luxury Brand Wholesaler/ 5天工作)

Job Highlights

• A permanent job with a stable financial background

• 5 years of audit/ accounting/ admin exp in wholesale

• Knowledge of the accounting system will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Accountant & Accounting Manager
• Assist in handling the full set of accounts and month-ended closing 
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Perform daily accounting functions, including data input, account reconciliations, preparation of payment vouchers, etc.
• Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard accounting functions and reporting integrity 
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and other operational parties
• Handle general accounting and office work
• Assist in ad hoc assignments 

  Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Over 5 years of working experience
• Min 3 years of relevant accounting/audit and administrative experience preferably in wholesale industries 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Being Familiar with the accounting system will be a plus
• A stable working record will be a plus
