Accounts Clerk (尖沙咀 / 5 天工作 / Cargo Logistics Company)



  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database
  • Liaise closely with customers and internal parties to resolve credit and billing issues
  • Responsible for handling daily payment records and preparing regular reports
  • Handle customers' queries and maintain a good relationship with customers



  • 1-2 years of solid experience in the Air Freight Forwarding/ Logistics Industry
  • Candidates with the certificate for RAR (Regulated Agent Regime) or DGR (Dangerous good Regulation) is preferred but not essential;
  • Responsible, mature, detailed mind and good team player
  • Able to work overtime and under pressure
  • Good spoken and written English & Chinese;
  • Good skills in the use of MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Less experience is also welcome as Trainee
