Accounting Assistant (MNC/ 5 Days/ Full Benefits/ On-Job Training)

Job Duties:
  • Handle full set of accounting for the firm and the sub-ordinaries;
  • Handle daily routine accounting functions like prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment
  • Prepare weekly cash-flow and monthly management reports
  • Assist in annual audit as well as handle the finalization of the accounts;
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Diploma or above in the Accounting or relative disciplines;
  • Min. 2-3 years of relative working experience;
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, good sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
