Accounts Clerk TRAINEE (和諧工作環境/ Work-life balance)

Details

Duties:

 

  • Report to the Manager
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, reconcile customer accounts, issue invoices, journals & vouchers, etc.
  • Handle accounting related queries and follow up collection
  • Verify vendor invoices and input coding in the system
  • Prepare payment schedule and arrange approved payment to vendors
  • Assist in month-end closing, annual audit, cash flow report and financial analysis schedule

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome as TRAINEE
  • Good literacy in MS Excel and familiar with the computerized accounting system
  • ORAL English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
  • A stable working record is preferred
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
