Accounts Clerk (Seasonal, Toys, gift & premium Trading/ 5 days work/ Work-life balance)

Details

Duties:

  • Assist to handle A/P, A/R & general accounting duties
  • Prepare TT payment & cheque, Issue invoices, credit/debit notes, payment vouchers
  • Handle email communication and data entry 
  • Assist to handle target profit, import & export loan
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments eg. outdoor work to bank

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in the accounting field
  • Less experience with high caliber is also welcome
  • Good command of English and Mandarin  
  • Proficiency in MS Office esp. Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments
  • Immediate availability will be definitely a plus
