1) Showroom Supervisor

Duties:

  • Provide front reception services and manage the showroom area, including greeting visitors and answering telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Perform full range of general office duties such as courier arrangement, administrative duties and manage the showroom area tidy

Requirements:

  • With SOLID experience in hotel/ airline/ tourism/ catering/ receptionist/ clerical experience
  • Pleasant, responsible, reliable, self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills with professional phone manner
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office) and Chinese Processing
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

2) General Clerk

Duties:

  • Provide daily administrative support
  • Assist in coordinating daily business matters
  • Provide IT help desk support and backup issue
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Good PC knowledge (Words, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Responsible, well organized, detail-minded, able to handle multi tasks
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
