Project Officer TRAINEE (US-based Marketing Agency Co.)
 

Duties:

  • Assist in handling production plan
  • Liaise closely with internal departments / factories / overseas office / logistics providers / clients on any logistics related issues, such as shipping documents, shipment scheduling and delivery arrangement;
  • Handle full set of export & import shipping documents
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • Overseas study / working in overseas will be a plus
  • 1-2 years working experience  
  • Familiar with MS Office Applications
  • Humble, patient, detail-minded, self-organized
  • Eager to learn, flexible in accepting assignments
  • Immediate Available is preferable
  • Less experience with high calibre is also welcome
