Junior Secretary to Director (Jewellery Manufacturer)
 

Duties:

  • Handle all round secretarial support to Directors
  • Visa Application, Air-tickets & Hotel reservation
  • Exhibition arrangement
  • Perform general clerical & admin. work
  • Ad hoc, Answer phone, Make appointment, etc….

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Cantonese, other language will be an advantage
  • At least 2 years clerical / secrerarial experience
  • Task-oriented, responsible, patient, well-organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. Excel is a must)
  • Able to travel overseas occassionally 
  • More experience will be considered as Senior post
  • Immediately available will be a plus
