Assistant Accountant (Listed Company / 5-day work)
 

Duties:

  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, inventory, revenue and intercompany transactions
  • Assist to handle full set of accounts
  • Arrange payment and prepare journal entries, bank reconciliation and intercompany transactions reconciliations
  • Assist in prepare various accounting schedules for regular month-end closing, year-end audit and tax computation
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder of Accounting disciplines with professional accounting qualification prefer
  • Minimum 2-3 years commercial accounting experience
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Experience in using Accounting System will be an advantage
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability is preferable
