Accounts & Admin Clerk ( Temp for 3 months )

 

Period is around 15 Oct 2017 ~15 Jan 2017 (Three months)                          

Office hours: Mon~Fri: 0900~1700  Alt. Sat: 0900~1200

Job description:

  • Administration work (order distilled water/stationery, booking hotel/air ticket, place maintenance order for office equipment, etc....)
  • Accounting job – Account Payable: input Vendor invoices, arrange settlement


Requirement

  • F. 5 standard, holding LCC Higher Certificate or above
  • Working experience in accounting field is preferable
  • PC knowledge is must (English & Chinese)---Excel & World
  • Good English & Mandarin
  • Responsible, Honest & Reliable
