Customer Service Delivery Supervisor (5 day work)


 Job duties:

  •   Manage on-site/off-site service delivery to Financial Service Industrial accounts
  •   Deliver service in best practice service delivery model to achieve SLA and enhance customer satisfaction
  •   Responsible for incident and ad-hoc request
  •   Achieving productivity improvements resulting in high value for customer, margin enhancement and good P&L performance
  •   Manage Technical Support and Customer Support Team (Helpdesk)
  •   Manage Helpdesk performance by daily/weekly/monthly checkpoints with SLAs
  •   Setup individual/team target (KPI) on performance


  • SOLID working experience in Operational Service Support
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in spoken Mandarin or Japanese will be a plus
  • Proactively maintain high quality service level in a professional manner
  • Ability to execute alternative / contingency plans, identifying root cause logically, taking appropriate action, and enable resilience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, within the company and at all levels of clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office application: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook  
  • Strong logical thinking and trouble shooting skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Industry certifications would be an advantage (such as PMP, CTS from InfoComm)
