Accounts & Admin Clerk ( Central / 5-day work)

 

Duties:

  • Handle full set of accounting and month-end closing of financial statement
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting, monitor cash flow and prepare bank reconciliation;
  • Provide general administrative and HR support duties
  • Assist to perform ad hoc duties as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 3-4 years of Accounts / Audit working experience
  • Good PC knowledge and familiar with “Quick Book" highly preferred
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese;
  • Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Detailed and careful in work
  • Less experience with high caliber is also welcome
  • Immediate availability will be a plus
