Shipping & Admin. Clerk (MNC Trading)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to: Office Manager
  • Handle and prepare Shipping documents (incoming and outgoing)
  • Coordinate with factories and freight forwarders for booking and shipment arrangements
  • Send daily, weekly and monthly shipping reports, inventory reports, etc
  • Process the custom declarations
  • Inventory Management and Control
  • Communications with overseas offices
  • Data Entry
  • Administrative and clerical work:
  • Handle Reception
  • Ordering office supplies and warehouse supplies
  • Handle office contract renewals following company policy
  • Handle the correspondence
  • Coordinate the travel arrangements in HK for overseas employees, clients, vendors, etc
  • HR duties:
  • Maintain the time and attendance records for all Hong Kong employees
  • Posting positions on job boards
  • Be the liaison of HR manager and hiring manager
  • Handle the correspondence
  • Maintain and update new employee or terminated employee records
  • Coordinate employee event
  • Other tasks as assigned by reporting manager

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above 
  • Min. 2 years’ shipping experience
  • Able to report to English speaking Manager directly
  • Good PC skills including Chinese word-processing
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
