Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer

 

Duties:

  • Full spectrum of customer service activities including handling claims and enquiries on products from clients by email
  • Handle shipment and responsible for delivery arrangement but not limited to handle enquiries from customers such as order status, delivery schedule, product information, payment issue, return / reship issue, etc.
  • Cooperate closely with counterparty for inventory control in order to maintain available stock level
  • Data entry to keep information in ERP system updated
  •  

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary educated preferably in business studies or relevant disciplines;
  • At least 2 years client-serving experience, online business or beauty industry is an advantage;
  • Native in Japanese is a MUST with good command of English / Chinese
  • A team player with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
