Japanese Speaking Procurement Coordinator

 

Duties:

  • Issue P/O, L/C and quotation and contact with supplier and customers for delivery control and shipment schedule arrangement
  • Perform logistics operation including booking, sales invoices generation, cost checking and data system input with warehouse and forwarder
  • Liaise with different parties in cross-section consolidation and account receivable documents preparation
  • Propose new business development plan, prepare internal documents and terms & conditions of contract with business partners
  • Monitor subordinates and provide problem solution in daily operation for subordinates, check quotation and P/O issued by subordinates
  • Support Manager in compiling report issuing, overdue payment and payment discrepancies
  • Coach junior staff through on the job training to improve their skill and knowledge


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree 
  • 3 years of relevant international trading and supervisory experience especially in electrical parts and components
  • Previous exposures in listed company or MNC is preferred
  • Good command of Japanese (passed in Japanese Proficiency Test Level 2 will be a plus)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication skill, well organized and willing to work under pressure as well as a good team player
