Personal Assistant to General Manager

 

Duties:

  • Assisting the general manager in planning and implementing projects towards achieving goals and missions of the company.
  • Maintain and update accurate records using the electronic diary, mail and computer databases.
  • Organizing daily appointments, communications and general work life of the GM to ensure enhanced effectiveness and efficiency, include collating meeting papers, coordinating venues and arranging travel itineraries.
  • Ensure requests for advice or correspondence are provided in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of all current files for all supplier agreements and contract documents.
  • Secretariat function for business unit committees including compiling agendas and minute taking.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the General Manager and relevant staff.
  • Liaise with Executive Assistant and secretary to build working relationships in a team environment.
  • Assist with any personal matters;
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments.

 

Requirements:

  • University Graduate or Diploma in any disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years in each project management and assistant role
  • Experience in project Management with China parties.
  • Solid experience in serving management and all rounded secretarial duties
  • highly organized, detail-oriented multi-taskers who can work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Energetic, independent,  well-organized and interpersonal skills, with a heart to serve
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English & Putonghua
  • Excellent Chinese typing skill
  • Frequency travels in China is required.
  • Immediate available is preferred
