HR Manager (中資上市公司 / 福利齊/ 5-day work)

 

Duties:

  • Manage full scope of the HR function including but not limited to payroll,recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, internal communication, employee relations and HRIS 
  • Review and enhance company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Monitor and ensure the HR operation effectiveness
  • Monitor payroll process of subsidiary company and ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage visa application.
  • Responsible for annual salary review and bonus allocation process, compensation & benefit market benchmarking and adaptation of market best practice
  • Manage external consultants and service vendors to ensure service efficiency
  • Work closely with Management Team to develop and execute HR strategy
  • Manage ad hoc projects

Requirement:

  • University graduate in HR Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years solid HR experience at sizable organization, experiences of Visa application must have
  • Familiar with HK employment law &related ordinance
  • Excellent inter-personal & communication skills
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Positive attitude, able to manage change and diversity
