Personal Assistant TRAINEE (Overseas graduate)

 

Duties:

  • Provide all-round admin and secretariat support to Director 
  • Communicate with external parties and internal staff
  • Attend business meetings, take minutes and follow up with customers
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree graduates in overseas studies
  • Min. 1 year experience in Admin. / Secretarial role or serving expatriates is preferred
  • Native spoken and written English
  • Good command of Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin a plus
  • Outgoing, cheerful and flexible character
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Immediately available prefer
