H.R. & Admin. Officer

 

Duties:
  •  Report to the Mandarin speaking Director
  • Provide general administrative support to the office
  • Administrate and maintain all staff personnel information
  • Manage the monthly payroll and related matters
  • Administer expenses claims and prepare reports
  • Replenish stationery, copying paper and other office supplies items, and maintain office equipment
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned 

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration /HR or related disciplines
  • Over 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Handle multi-tasks in different levels and independent with strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and efficient in dealing with internal & external parties
  • Good command of English, Putonghua and Cantonese a MUST
