Operation Coordinator (Medical Equipment / 5-day work)

 

Duties:

  • Coordinate with service staff and keep track of service schedule
  • Follow product claims with vendors
  • Handle customers' enquiries and business correspondence
  • Update and maintain administration database
  • Prepare all sorts of documents for daily operations
  • Issue quotations and process orders 
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks 

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • At least 2 years of working experience related to operations, customer service, or administration.
  • Strong communication skills and good command of written English
  • Able to multi-task with good time management
  • Detail-minded and well-organized
