Customer Service Clerk (5-day work / 14-month pay)

 

Duties: 

  • Handling customers’ enquires, complaints 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide general clerical duties and data entry  

Requirements:

  • Full certificate in HKDSE / F. 5 Standard or above
  • More than 1 year relevant working experience
  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good PC knowledge of MS office,   Chinese & English word processing 
  • Reliable, responsible, mature, Self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
